Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your PLONK BOTTLE, please get in touch with us by emailing customercare@plonkbottles.com and we will be happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Our products come with a manufacturer guarantee covering any defects for one year.

Arrived damaged?
If your bottle has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us by emailing customercare@plonkbottles.com and we can arrange a replacement bottle to be sent.
Please note that we may require photos evidence so that these issues can be escalated with our shipping partners.
Cancellations
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you will have 2 hours from receiving your order confirmation to do so.
Please do so by emailing customercare@plonkbottles.com and remember to include your order confirmation number.
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for covering return postage costs. Products should be returned in the original packaging unopened and will be inspected by quality control before a refund is processed.
